Leonardo's Last Supper and Bramante Sacristy. This special ticket combination includes the entry tickets to the Bramante Sacristy in Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie and to the Leonardo's Last Supper. In the refectory of the Dominican convent adjoining the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, houses one of the world's most celebrated works: Leonardo da Vinci's "Last Supper". Painted between 1494 and 1498 under the rule of Ludovico il Moro, Leonardo abandoning the traditional method of fresco painting, depicted the scene "a secco" (on a dry wall) on the wall of the refectory. Extensive measures have been implemented to protect the fresco from further exposure. To ensure that the fresco be kept at room temperature, since restoration the visitor intake has been restricted to a group of 25 admitted every 15 minutes.

The Bramante Sacristy was built during the last decade of the fifteenth century, when Ludovico il Moro, Duke of Milan, decided to start an ambitious expansion and renovation of the domenican convent of the Santa Maria delle Grazie, whose Basilica was to become the Sforza family mausoleum. For this purpose he called to work side by side, two of the greatest artists alive at the time, which for some time were serving the court: Bramante and Leonardo. To the first he entrusted the task of the extending the Basilica with building the tribuna and the new Sacristy, while to the second he commissioned the Last Supper to the north wall of the refectory.

The interior of the Sacristy conceals many curiosities and works not to be missed: the vault, decorated with a fake blue sky studded with golden stars, it shows the same motif that originally decorated the ceiling of the room of the Last Supper (unfortunatly lost after the the bombings of World War II). The cloister is commonly known as "the cloister of the frogs" for the curious statues of frogs that adorn the fountain in the centre of the garden. Since 2009 the striking Bramante Sacristy, in the convent of Santa Maria delle Grazie, and the Federiciana Hall of the Ambrosiana are home to the Codex Atlanticus exhibition.
