A small room of inexplicable function was recently found under the church of the convent where researchers have been searching for the remains of Mona Lisa. It was here in this room, described as neither a crypt nor a charnel, that another skull has been discovered.According to the researchers, the skull was found intact inside a tomb in a spot between the earth and concrete, a place where the sensory equipment could not see well. The discovery has spurred the team to expand the search to include the entire underground of the church due to suspicions that other burials could exist, hidden by the layers of concrete laid in the 80’s.The problem with finding a skull in this newly discovered room is that the room itself is without graves. There are tiled floors and the surrounding walls are all intact, but that is the only information that the researchers have ascertained thus far.Some of the researchers have acknowledged the possibility that the scale could actually lead to another room even deeper that may have been concealed by reconstruction.Documents from the monastery mention a crypt that was supposed to be located in the center of the church and could have been hidden by later buildings.
